Acceptable Use Policy

Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises a minor, in any style.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, or nudity of a real identifiable person.

Content that harasses, threatens, degrades or incites violence against a person or group.

Deceptive impersonation of real people or organisations, including fake endorsements and forged documents.

Election disinformation, fabricated news events, or synthetic evidence presented as real.

Extremist propaganda, instructions for weapons or serious harm, and illegal goods promotion.

Deliberate infringement of trademarks or copyrighted characters for commercial resale.

Only upload photographs you own or are authorised to use. If a real person is visible, you need their permission. Uploads of other people for the purpose of embarrassment, sexualisation or deception are banned.

Free credits exist so everyone can try the studio. Creating multiple accounts, scripting the interface, sharing accounts at scale or otherwise circumventing the daily limit is a violation. Sustained automated usage requires a paid plan.

Do not attempt to probe, scan or bypass our security, extract model weights or system prompts, overload the service, or resell raw generation capacity as your own API.

We use automated signals and human review of abuse reports. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, reduce your limits, or permanently terminate your account and report the matter to authorities.
